At Carolina Roots Dentistry, we accept dental insurance and are preferred providers for most insurance networks, including, but not limited to the listed dental insurances. Our team is happy to submit claims on your behalf for any treatment rendered, regardless of insurance network. We do not accept HMO or adult Medicaid. Insurance can be confusing, if you have questions regarding your benefits, please give our team a call to discuss.
